MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

• Graduated in engineering (electronics, embedded systems or equivalent)

Desirable:

• None

Experience

Mandatory:

• Experience in complex real time system (signaling, avionics, defense, safety related systems).

Desirable:

• Automatic Train Operation (ATO) systems (including train control).
• Rolling stock systems (especially the ones that interface with trainborne Automatic Train Protection (ATP), like brakes, traction, doors)
• Signaling (System, Interlocking or Automatic Train Supervision (ATS)
• Basic software development skills

Competencies & Skills

• English (Good verbal and written communication skills)
• Ability to work transversally with engineering teams / Autonomy / Coordination
• System engineering knowledge
• System Specification and Requirements Development
• Software engineering (master methods and tools to configure generic ATC software)
• Defect analysis and able to propose a corrective solution
• Proactivity
