With a revenue of €550 million and 850 employees, the company is in search of a Credit Collector - Spain (M/F) and a Credit Collector - Portugal (M/F) to join their Shared Service Center located in Padua Area (Italy).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Tracking outstanding debts, locating and contacting debtors;
• Create and implement debt collection courses of action, negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans;
• Handle customers questions or complaints;
• Update account status and balances regularly;
• Comply with legal requirements in cooperation with German local colleagues.

Competenze ed esperienza

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English or fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Previous experience as credit collector is a plus;
• Experience in working with tight deadlines;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Good negotiation skills and team player;
• Good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
