As System HSE Leader You Will Support The HSE Team In Creating And Maintaining a Proper HSE System That Will Allow The Relevant Business Unit To Reach The Following Strategic Targets

• Eliminate Conditions that could lead to Fatalities and Permanent Impairment (FPI)
• Guarantee Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety and Environmental Compliance
• Decarbonize our Operations
  
  

You will report to the Business Unit HSE Director and will interact on daily basis with the various Plants/Companies HSE Leads and Operational Leads to follow-up the implementation of the existing HSE System and elaborate on feedback and input on how to continuously improve it.

You will be responsible to analyze HSE leading and lagging data, correlate them and identify trends and potential systemic issues, and through a teamwork exercise propose corrections to the system.

Partnering with Procurement & Logistic team, Facility and Maintenance teams and functions responsible for P&Es you will ensure proper HSE evaluation are made before deciding on new investments and new partner selections.

HSE Risk Assessment and Management process implementation will be under your responsibility and you will partner with HSE leadership to identify areas of improvements and make sure these are captured with a continuous improvement approach.

You will support the Company and the Business Unit on HSE training program development and implementation for 5000+ employees.

Part of your job will be to visit Company Plants/Sites to verify HSE system implementation and learn from that. You will support on periodical HSE performance reviews.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

• Have significant experience in HSE operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy Industry.
• Have working knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.
• Have RSPP or ASPP qualification
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be available to travel as required.
• Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.
• Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills.
