In qualità di Quality Control & Certifying Staff la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di emettere la documentazione di conformità dei nostri prodotti trasparenti (plastica) destinati a progetti in ambito Aerospaziale (componenti di aerei civili e militari).
Dovrà gestire l’intero processo di Controllo Qualità e delle risorse coinvolte, proponendo piani per riorganizzare le attività.

Dovrà gestire l’intero processo di Controllo Qualità e delle risorse coinvolte, proponendo piani per riorganizzare le attività.
Responsabilità
- Controllare e approvare i materiali in entrata effettuando varie verifiche di conformità.
- Assicurare la qualità della produzione e del prodotto finito garantendo il rispetto delle caratteristiche richieste e comunicando gli interventi necessari al supervisore della produzione.
- Documentare e aggiornare i risultati delle ispezioni compilando rapporti e registri.
- Gestire la taratura della strumentazione di misura, mantenere a norma le apparecchiature di misura seguendo le istruzioni operative e richiedendo le eventuali riparazioni.
- Analizzare i resi dei clienti ed eventuali reclami.
- Emettere il Certificato di Conformità e di Rilascio Autorizzato (EASA-Form 1) delle parti finali (componenti trasparenti in plastica) deliberate, in accordo con le leggi e regolamentazioni vigenti.
- Gestione e riorganizzazione della funzione Quality Control con 1-3 persone a riporto
Per accettazione, da parte di ENAC, del ruolo di Certifying Staff il profilo dovrà avere:
- Titolo di studio in ambito tecnico
- Idoneità fisica a svolgere le mansioni richieste
- Conoscenza della lingua nella quale sono scritte le procedure dell'impresa e la documentazione del detentore del progetto (Inglese almeno a livello B1 e Italiano almeno a livello C1)
- Conoscenza della normativa aeronautica pertinente con l’attività da svolgere (produzione componenti trasparenti aeronautici)
- Conoscenza delle tecniche relative ai controlli qualità
- Esperienza professionale maturata in contesto simile: Controllo Qualità o Certifying Staff di componenti in ambito aeronautico
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione di personale
- Eccellente utilizzo del pacchetto MS Office
- Automunito
