As a Key Account Representative, you will be responsible of the Kitchenware accounts in the EMEA area. Operating within a matrix structure, you will act as a facilitator of change, effective in influencing, negotiating and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value customers.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities with key customers.
  • Proactive part of a sales team, actively collaborating with various business functions located in EMEA.
  • Ensure the correct flow of information to the Sales Management through the CRM and company reporting.
  • Take part in several customer visits in the area, with a travel time of up to 60% and availability to travel even for several days.
  • Will liaise internally with the sales force (local and global), Technical Assistance, Customer Service and Marketing.
  • Will develop and implement the sales plan for the assigned Customers, in line with the Company's global growth and innovation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Number of Years’ experience – 5+ Years
  • Previous experience preferred – Sales Account Manager. Proven work experience in the field of technical and high-performance coatings materials.
  • Technical skills - familiarity in using corporate CRM, analysis, and commercial reporting.
  • Education - Degree in scientific subjects (with reference to Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry) or equivalent
  • Languages – Good knowledge of English and German
  • Dedicated to direct and personal relationships with customers, with a high-quality approach.
