You will be working in a multinational environment, in particular, you will:


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that it is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards

  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of the facility's systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, either internally or through external vendors

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing appropriate measures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections, identifying potential hazards, and implementing corrective actions

  • Manage on site external vendors and service providers, such as cleaning services, security personnel, maintenance contractors, and suppliers. Monitor vendor performance, ensuring service level agreements are met, and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response plans to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its occupants. Coordinate with security personnel and conducting regular drills and training sessions.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices in facility management. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to optimize facility operations.

  • From 4 to 6+ years’ experience related to similar role in multinational companies with complex organizations

  • Bachelor or Master Degree

  • Fluent written and spoken English
